Welcome to the Dawn Patrol backcountry skiing web application (“Service”)), owned and operated by Paw Patrol LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Scope of Use

  • Personal Use Only: The Service is for personal, non-commercial use unless you have entered into a separate agreement with us.
  • No Guarantees: The Service provides informational tools to assist with planning but does not guarantee safety, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.
